Why Therapists Choose AMP
Why early interventionists choose AMP
AMP was founded on the belief that when therapists are supported, children and families thrive — especially in the first three years.
01 Family-Centered Care Work directly in homes and communities, building genuine relationships with families during the most formative years.
02 Coaching Model Give parents skills and strategies that extend your impact far beyond each visit.
03 Flexible Scheduling Build a schedule that works for your life, with real input into your caseload and calendar.
04 Developmental Impact Birth to three is when early support can change a child's path. Your work shows up in first words and first steps.
05 IFSP Support Help with Individualized Family Service Plans and Early Steps paperwork, from AMP's clinical operations team.
06 Clinical Support Mentorship, supervision, and clinical leadership available from day one — you're never navigating alone.

Real Family Experiences
Families remember their early interventionist. Real Google reviews from AMP early intervention families — two of them in Spanish.
Our daughter was a very quiet and withdrawn girl … she slowly started to talk more, interact with other kids, and eventually at 3 years old she qualified for preK. Reyna L.ES Early Intervention He can now understand when I call him by his name, he can make eye contact … other family members have seen his growth. Margarita G. Early Intervention
