What the work looks like in Brevard County
You see children in their homes, schools and daycares in Brevard County. We group families close together, so your day is spent on therapy rather than on the road. Our office is in Orlando and is administrative only; no therapy happens there.
How the 1099 setup works
- You join AMP as an independent contractor (1099), not as a W-2 employee.
- You are paid for each visit you complete. We discuss compensation openly in your first conversation.
- No taxes are withheld from your pay. You handle your own taxes, and you receive a 1099 form at the end of the year.
- You set your availability and the size of your caseload.

Your schedule and your caseload
You decide how much you work. Tell us your availability and how many children you want to see, and we build your caseload around it, with families grouped close together so you spend less time driving. A full week, part-time, or a few afternoons alongside another job: that is your call. About 300 children are waiting across our service areas, so the caseload you ask for fills right away.
