Built because therapists deserved better.
In 2014, Alexandra Perez, PT, and Alexander Perez founded AMP after watching too many talented pediatric therapists burn out — not because they lacked skill or passion, but because the systems around them failed them. Scheduling chaos. Authorization overload. Documentation pressure. Communication gaps. Caseload uncertainty. Isolation.

They had seen what happened when therapists were expected to manage too much alone. And they believed something different was possible.
