As an ITDS, you will have the opportunity to work with children from 0-3 years of age, providing developmental assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and supporting families in the early stages of their child's development. You will also have the support of our team of Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists, as well as more experienced ITDS professionals, to ensure that you have the resources and guidance you need to succeed.
The transition to becoming an ITDS is relatively simple as long as you meet the eligibility requirements. These include having at least a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in
the following fields: Early childhood or early childhood/special education, Child and family development, Family life specialist, Communication sciences, Psychology, or Social work.
